Over the course of his 12+ years of experience in marketing and publications, He has gained extensive international experience in EMEA (UK, Germany, Spain & Italy), and LATAM (Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Mexico).

Being a professor for ICEMD-ESIC Business School provides him an amazing forum to challenge the current marketing & customer strategy panorama. Marketing author of his recently new book: «The new digital consumer: Noriso Cube». He has published papers that clearly stretch the current way marketers understand their customers including: «How Personality affects Customer Behavior», «The 8 segments to overcome the online consumer», and «Marketing with Personality».

He is the founder and director of the #1 Neuromarketing group (Neuromarketing en Español) for Spanish countries, founder of The NORISO Cube, and co-founder of a charity organization called “24 Friends: Education for Kenya”.

As Head of Amazon Marketing Services for South of Europe, his responsibilities were to provide direct leadership to his team through developing a robust set of next-level leaders, assigning clear goals and assisting the team in crafting their plans as well as coaching and mentoring the team to be effective leaders and managers.

Recently, as Global Chief Officer in Estrella Galicia Group, his responsibilities also include  shaping the new leaders of the future, building principles and values that strengthen the org, and working on new eBusiness models that will bring exponential growth into the industry.
