Duhigg argumenta que es mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil modificar un h\u00e1bito que eliminarlo. Usa el disparador anterior y quiz\u00e1s la recompensa anterior, pero sustit\u00fayelo por un nuevo comportamiento.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por ejemplo, supongamos que desea salir de Facebook. Identifica cu\u00e1ndo tiendes a revisar reflexivamente Facebook y averig\u00fca qu\u00e9 vas a hacer en su lugar. Tal vez quieras leer una novela basura. Gu\u00e1rdela en tu escritorio, o tal vez al lado del ba\u00f1o.
