AI is just the beginning. Economic fluctuations, geopolitical tensions, cultural shifts, and accelerated innovation are creating a world where uncertainty is constant and speed is non-negotiable. Signals are confusing. Conditions change overnight. Yet most organizations are still designed for stability and control. The result? Teams feel overwhelmed. Decisions get stuck. Opportunities are lost.

Inspirational Pragmatism: Leadership in Times of Uncertainty and Speed.

Disruption is the new constant but most teams are still operating with leadership models built for predictability. This keynote introduces Inspirational Pragmatism, a modern operating system for leading through uncertainty. With practical tools and a fresh mindset, I walk you through three pillars, Momentum, Velocity, and Limitless that help teams stay grounded, move fast, and scale ideas that stick. This is your roadmap to clarity, confidence, and impact. No matter how fast the world moves.

The AI Advantage: What’s Now, What’s Next, and What Actually Works.

AI is moving fast, and most leaders are stuck trying to separate hype from reality. This keynote delivers insights from the front lines of AI development, what’s working, what’s not, and how companies are solving the toughest challenges. Learn how organizations are integrating AI, reskilling teams, and moving fast without breaking trust. Plus, get a clear view of what’s coming next and how to prepare. Whether you’re just starting or scaling up, The AI Advantage gives you the clarity, context, and confidence to lead in an AI-powered world.

Momentum: Ignite your People with Bold Learning.

Stagnant cultures don’t innovate, they protect what already exists. Momentum helps you build a culture that celebrates experimentation, rewards bold learning, and unlocks your team’s entrepreneurial spark. When everyone’s learning, everyone’s leading.

Velocity: Overcome Bureaucracy with Agile, Decisive Action.

Slow decisions cost more than time, they kill momentum. Velocity shows you how to cut through bureaucracy, push decision-making down, and build systems that reward speed without sacrificing clarity. Walk away with ways to create feedback loops, empower autonomy, and turn ambiguity into action.

Limitless: Ambition meets Adaptability.

Stuck strategies won’t cut it in a world reshaped by AI, volatility, and constant change. This keynote reframes how product and business leaders set direction, anchoring bold vision in real-world progress. Learn how to co-create purpose with your teams, evolve as new data emerges, and scale innovation without losing clarity. Limitless equips you to lead with ambition and adaptability.

Sail to Scale: Steer Your Startup Clear of Mistakes from Launch to Exit.

**2024 Best Book Awards Finalist**

**2024 Reader Views Five Star Review Recipient**

Know the moment your business needs to Pivot, Scale, or Exit through a sale, merger, or acquisition. Three successful tech startup experts wrote this book to help you sail through the choppy waves of entrepreneurship.
Most new businesses fail. Most failures are avoidable.
While some startups may catch favorable winds, most will encounter stormy seas that can capsize their ventures. Understanding how to navigate these choppy waters is crucial. You don't learn to captain a warship by training to sail fast on calm seas.

In Sail to Scale, authors Mona Sabet, Heather Jerrehian, and Maria Fernandez Guajardo identify 18 common mistakes that leaders make across four pivotal waves of a startup's journey. Drawing from their collective experience, they dissect each mistake, help leaders recognize the situations that create them, and offer practical advice to steer clear of them so that their businesses can overcome each wave successfully.

Through both first-hand accounts and interviews with leaders across a variety of businesses, the authors provide insight from people behind successful - and not so successful - companies, the decisions they made, and why they mattered.

Sail to Scale serves as an invaluable resource for anyone seeking to chart a steady course through critical business junctures and fluctuating market conditions.
